drivers atapi ide devices

Hi,
I've just finished installing Vista (32-bit), and I've sortet out some issues. But I can't get the DVD burners to work.
"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"
I've tried the producer, but they tell me to go to Microsoft for the drivers, so here I am... I also had a little hope to find the drivers on the image i downloaded, but i can't install deamon tools again (keeps asking me to restart before installation).

Follow up - Deamon tools:
I managed to install deamon tools now, but I get following error:
"Virtual SCSI driver not found", so I guess it's back to the driver issue...
